We take great care in delivering premium handcrafted pens to your doorstep. However, if there is a genuine issue, we’re here to help.
✅ Returns Accepted (Only for Damaged or Wrong Items – within 10 Days):
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
– Product is physically damaged
– You received the wrong item
⏳ You must contact us within 10 days of delivery.
📷 Please share clear photos/videos showing the issue.

🚫 No Returns Accepted If:
– You changed your mind or no longer want the item
– Minor color/design variations (due to handcrafted nature)
– The product has been used, tampered with, or damaged post-delivery
💰 Refund Process:
Once we receive your return request with valid proof:
– We will review it within 2 business days
– If approved, refund will be processed via Razorpay
– Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect
🔄 Exchange Policy:
In rare cases, if stock is available, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund.
📦 How to Request a Return:

2. Include your Order ID
3. Mention the reason for return
4. Attach clear photos/videos of the product
5. If available, include an unboxing video
📍Important: Please retain original packaging until the issue is resolved.
🚫 Cancellation Policy:
– You can cancel your order before it is shipped — at no extra cost.
– Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
– However, if the product is damaged or incorrect, you may still request a return as per the above return policy.
